The fall semester is in full swing, and one thing I've found that helps me find time for everything is using 30 minutes wisely. This morning I woke up, and decided to follow a Bob Ross tutorial. I picked one that was just under 30 minutes long, and I was able to finish it in half an hour. It gave me a boost for the rest of the day, I love looking at my finished paintings. During the week, when I have to work on an assignment, I work on it for 30 minutes at a time, and I get so much done without feeling like it took up all my time. In 30 minutes you can cook a meal, do a quick workout, read a chapter, or do some quick cleaning. All I know is that it's helped me be more intentional with my time, and I hope it helps someone out there.
